The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville is one of the most beautiful minor league ballparks in North America. Featuring an old-fashioned design, brick façade and grass seating berm, the Baseball Grounds reminds fans of the days of yesteryear and preserves all of the wonderful tradition baseball has to offer. The Baseball Grounds can seat 11,000 and features 12 luxury skyboxes, four skydecks, a large scoreboard and videoboard, a playground and the “knuckle,” a unique nine-foot-high mound for seating at the left field corner. The Baseball Grounds host the annual University of Florida vs. Florida State University baseball game and is home to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, six-time Southern League champions.
