Body Works Studio offers the Pilates apparatus for rehabilitation and personal fitness. It is a therapist owned & operated studio providing Pilates training and Physical Therapy in a clean, quiet and relaxing setting.


We offer physical therapy and personal fitness training one-on-one with a Physical Therapist and/or Certified Pilates Apparatus Instructor. Our 850' studio is clean, spacious and modern and includes a private treatment room to accommodate your rehabilitation needs and provide private consults.
