Peter T is a 4th generation chef & restaurant entrepreneur, who lives in sunny Florida with his wife Val, son Nick & Red (the dog). The T family happened to have a couple great meals at Charlie's dinner & an interesting relationship formed. Taking over the restaurant from previous owner/ founder Charlie; Peter T continues to add creatively to the menu, expanding the BBQ selection & his arsenal of signature Peter T 'Red Dog BBQ' sauces'¦ Peter T is most known for his accomplishments as a pro bass angler.
