Downtown Vision, Inc.

Established in 2000, Downtown Vision serves as the Business Improvement District (BID) for Downtown Jacksonville. As a not-for-profit organization, it is primarily funded by Downtown property owners through a self-assessment. The organization is overseen by a broad board of directors that represents a diverse range of Downtown stakeholders across sectors such as real estate, economic development, design/build, retail and small business, finance, healthcare, government, non-profits, and residents.
