Makenu Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate shop located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, Florida. Our mission is simple- create chocolate people love from cacao sourced ethically. We’ve always had an exceptional (and dare we say, refined) sweet tooth.


Makenu, translated literally to trail or imperfection in Maori, is the culmination of our journey. Together, we’re combining process and passion and creating what we hope will be a chocolate shop serving our local community and global palates for many years to come.
