Inspired by their Lebanese Heritage, Raymond & Noura have captured the hearts of their patrons with their authentic & fresh Middle Eastern cuisine. Raymond has been in the food industry for over 25 years, and in 2009, they began Noura’s Cafe. They truly enjoy introducing and educating people in Jacksonville about their native food and culture. Raymond and Noura have young twin daughters, and hope their cafe will set a unique and inspiring example for their girls and their future.
