Located on1st Street South between 5th & 6th Avenues South.

Amenities include:
2-acre oceanfront park
Four sheltered picnic areas
Educational kiosk system
Sand volleyball court
Small children’s playground
Two dune walkovers
Handicapped-accessible ramp
Large, circular open space surrounded by pathways planted with vegetation

The park also has a bronze statue, Sea Express, is the focal point of the park. This statue of a young boy riding the back of a dolphin was created by sculptress Kristen Visbal, and symbolizes the city’s dedication to preserving public access to the ocean for future generations.
