It's Easier Than Ever to Get to the Flip Side of Florida
In the coming months, six non-stop routes from multiple airlines will be added at Jacksonville International Airport
Jacksonville should be on your radar as a meetings destination because there’s no shortage of affordable and exciting venue options. And in the coming months, it’ll be even easier to get there with the addition of six non-stop routes from multiple airlines. The flights below are in addition to the 30-plus non-stop markets already served by airlines to and from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
Gateways from New Cities
On March 8, 2024, Frontier Airlines began non-stop service between Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and JAX, with flights running three times a week. Frontier will also be opening up a new non-stop route on May 22 to Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) in Ohio running four times a week.
May 2024 will bring new Breeze Airways flights to Jacksonville from San Diego International Airport (SAN) in California, Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Maine and Burlington International Airport (BTV) in Vermont through BreezeThru, their one-stop, no plane change service. The San Diego route starts May 1, Burlington May 23 and Portland May 24.
Starting June 14, 2024, Allegiant Airlines will run two new routes between Jacksonville and Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) in Pennsylvania, as well as McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) near Knoxville, Tenn. Both services will be available twice a week.

Elevated Lodging for Spring 2024
On March 5, Delta Hotels by Marriott Jacksonville Deerwood opened following the completion of a $6 million property-wide renovation and rebranding. Boasting 163 rooms and three suites, the property accommodates corporate meetings and small events with a total of 3,795 square feet of renovated meeting space including five event rooms holding up to 180 people total. The property also features an updated restaurant, Delta Grill, and new Bridges Coffee Shop.
On March 6, AC Hotel Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center opened. The first AC Hotel in Jacksonville is four-stories, featuring 118 sleek, modern guest rooms; a well-equipped fitness center; 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a private boardroom; and an activated AC Lounge that opens to a fresh-air patio with an outdoor pool and game space. The property also features AC Kitchen, serving a European-inspired breakfast and the AC Lounge.
