  • As destination experts we will review hotel and venue availability, find you reliable suppliers around the city, facilitate booking meeting space, hotel accommodations and offsite venue bids, saving you time and effort!
  • Let us help you showoff Jacksonville during site selection by coordinating site visits by your decision makers with locals meeting venues and hotels, as well as community leaders.
  • We'll help close the deal by presenting to boards of directors, key decision makers and site selection committees.
  • We'll connect you with professional conference organizers, destination management companies or professional meeting planners to assist with the logistics of your event.
  • Our in-house Destination Services team will assist in the planning phase of your meeting. We can help with anything from transportation to offsite venues to open evening dine around options. We are here to help with the details.
