The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center originally opened in 1919 as the largest railroad station in the South, the Jacksonville Union Terminal. Today, the Prime maintains some of its historical features, and has more than 275,000 sf of flexible meeting space, with 78,500 sf of continuous exhibit space and less than a mile from over 2,300 hotel rooms.
Book your event at the Prime Osborn Convention Center and contract a minimum of 500 room nights and you will receive a $5,000 incentive to be used towards rental, operational charges, or food & beverage.
Incentive Eligibility is based upon:
• Eligibility is based upon original RFPs being sent to Visit Jacksonville by meeting or event planner.
• Minimum of 500 actualized room nights.• Credit will be applied to the venue master account. Payment will not be made to the booking party.
• Incentive dollars are for new business only and do not apply to already negotiated contracts or existing contracts.
• If booking a multi-year meeting (same meeting for two or more years with one actualizing in 2024) credit will apply to each of the years.
