Transportation To and From the Port
JAXPORT’s franchised taxi service provides taxi and mini-van service from the cruise terminal to Jacksonville International Airport.

If you are traveling from alternate starting points, Uber, Lyft or zTrip will be the best way to travel to the Cruise Terminal.
- Uber or Lyft costs about $25-$40. Order your ride through their mobile app.
- zTrip costs about $30-$50. Order a zTrip ride by calling (904) 222-2222.
Please note the Jacksonville Cruise Terminal does not have car rental companies on site. The closest car rental agency to the terminal is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car, about 15 minutes away.
The Jacksonville Port Authority will impose a fee on all commercial vehicles (small party buses and the like) carrying passengers out of the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal. Commercial vehicles dropping off passengers at the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal will not incur a fee. Commercial vehicles can only access the Cruise Terminal to pick up pre-arranged passengers if they provide the name of the specific person(s) they are to pick up. Any commercial vehicle can drop off passengers. The fees are as follows:
- All Commercial Traffic: $10
- Coach/Full-Size Bus (26 or more passengers): $50
- Franchised Taxi Company $3
- Transportation Networking Companies $3

Parking at the Port
Parking at the Cruise Terminal is available without reservations. Passenger vehicles cost $17 per day ($68 for a 4-day cruise and $85 for a 5-day cruise) and oversized vehicles (vehicles that take up two regular-sized parking spaces) cost $34 per day ($136 for a 4-day cruise and $170 for a 5-day cruise) to park with tax included.
Free parking is available for drivers with a state-issued disabled veterans plate, as well as those with a Florida Toll Exemption decal that is permanently affixed to their vehicle.

- Who do I contact about lost luggage and other items? If you have lost an item or luggage at the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, call Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services at (904) 992-8641.
- Do I need my passport to take a cruise to the Bahamas? Yes, you will need a U.S. Passport for re-entry into the United States. Voter Registration or certified birth certificates are no longer accepted as proof of U.S. citizenship.
