Where can I park in downtown Jacksonville?
There are several parking options in Downtown Jacksonville. There is metered street parking available on weekdays from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at $2 for 60 minutes. Street parking is free on weekends and Monday through Friday after 6pm. The Wells Fargo Garage at 1 Independent Drive, the Vystar Tower Garage at 37 S. Hogan Street and the Jax Center Garage at 1 W Bay Street are located at the heart of Downtown and offer daily parking rates.

Thank you for reaching out to Visit Jacksonville! The Rules are different on each beach (different cities laws!)
Atlantic Beach: Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during the day and evening. Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless both adult and pet are in the water together.
Jacksonville Beach: Dogs are permissible on the beach at any hour from October 1 through March 31. However, dogs are not permitted on the beach during the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, 7 days a week, from April 1 through September 30. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the beach as in all other public places.
Neptune Beach: Dogs must remain on leashes at all times and are prohibited on the beach between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hanne Park: Pets are permitted in designated areas, must be on a leash eight-feet or less, be attended and well-behaved at all times. There is a $5 fee per car to enter.
