To begin your gameday fun, make sure you have your tickets. These affordable tickets can be purchased here. Then head over to 121 Financial Ballpark in Downtown Jacksonville. Be sure to get a good parking spot in one of the 6,604 on-site parking spaces in the Sports Complex.
If you arrive early (which we recommend you do) you’ll have plenty of time to grab a local drink and maybe a snack at Intuition Ale Works or Manifest Distilling, across from the ballpark.
If you’re visiting on a Friday night, you’ll get a memorable experience of a fun fireworks display. Make sure to enjoy while sipping on a good old-fashioned soda and hot dog, or even a locally sourced shrimp cocktail, and don’t forget some Cracker Jacks. Take me out to the ball game!

1. Originally called the Jacksonville Suns, and rebranded to Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp in 2017, our minor league baseball team has been a local favorite for decades.
2. The Jumbo Shrimp name and logo, unveiled in November 2016, represents Jacksonville as Florida’s largest city, but truly it’s a Big Small Town. The Jumbo Shrimp also represents the unique water geography of Jacksonville and our specialty – Mayport Shrimp – and of course, it expresses the fun of Minor League Baseball!
3. Shrimp games are affordable family fun. Tickets start at $7 every game and a $2 hot dog is available at every game.
4. The Jumbo Shrimp are an affiliate of the Miami Marlins with the season from April to September offering 75 home games.

A Miami Marlins Double-A affiliate team—with a capacity of 11,000, luxury skyboxes, a tiki-themed terrace with table seating, an air-conditioned lounge (open to all ticket holders) with views of the field, this is far from your average minor league stadium experience. The stadium prides itself on being one of the cleanest in the game, stepping up its recycling efforts in 2017.
- It is currently the largest baseball stadium in the Southern league, built in 2003. And likely needs to be to house the fans, amazing food, art and history.
- Outside, stands a 25-foot high aluminum sculpture called Rookie Card. Barbara Grygutis was commissioned to create the trade card silhouette of a baseball player.
- With just $5, you can enter the state of the art stadium and cop a squat on the Berm or in the Wheel House lounge.
- According to where you’re seated you can have a scenic view of the historic Old St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church which survived the Great Fire of 1901.
- Let’s not forget the most important thing of all…FOOD! Of course, you have access to a hot dog at a baseball game and for only $2. The concessions offer a culinary smorgasbord.
