With two Visitor Centers throughout the city, learning about the great attractions, restaurants and shopping, events and accommodations has never been easier. You can find our friendly Destination Experience representatives at these locations.

Downtown Center

The Downtown Visitor Center is open Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Off-street public parking is available at 20 W. Forsyth St. $3.00 for the first hour and $2.00 per hour after.

Jacksonville International Airport

The JAX Airport Visitors Center is open Sunday - Saturday, 9 am - 10 pm.

Seymour Jax-Mobile Visitor Center

Visit Jacksonville's Mobile Visitor Center, Seymour Jax, is cruising the streets of Jacksonville to provide the best information to visitors on what to do, see, eat, and experience in our city. To find where Seymour Jax will be next, click here.

Certified Autism Center

Visit Jacksonville is Florida's first destination management organization to earn the Certified Autism Center™ designation. Granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards, the designation recognizes organizations that have undergone staff training to better understand and meet the needs of autistic visitors and their families. Staff at all of Visit Jacksonville's Visitor Centers have completed the required training.
