NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Visit Jacksonville x Soul of Surf Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on January 20, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). The administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Visit Jacksonville (the “Sponsor”), Catch Surf, GoPro, their respective subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses), and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Prize Provider, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, there is one (1) way to enter:
Website: Visit https://www.visitjacksonville.com/soulofsurf (the “Website”) and follow the directions to complete and submit the registration form to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”). Entries must be received by February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time to be eligible.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes period, regardless of method of entry. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Information collected in this Sweepstakes will be administered in accordance with the Privacy Policy located at https://www.visitjacksonville.com/privacy-policy/.

RANDOM DRAWING:
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, one (1) potential Second Prize winner, and one (1) potential Third Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 5, 2025, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. An entrant is not a winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential winners will be notified by email or phone. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of notification. If the documents are not returned within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes and must submit their social security number.

- Private surf lessons with a local pro.
- A $250 gift card to explore local surf shops and cafes.
- Exclusive Soul of Surf merchandise.
- Two $25 gift cards to Wicked Barley Brewing.
- A $100 gift card to Epik Burger.

Second and Third Prizes:
- Winner’s choice of a custom Catch Surf board ridden by either Ben Gravy or Blair Conklin during their recent Soul of Surf session in Jacksonville!

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,500.

All taxes and expenses associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:
All prize details are at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Prize Provider; (b) Release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Provider, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

MISCELLANEOUS:
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical difficulties that may limit or prevent participation in the Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be compromised, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

ARBITRATION:
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
